Regarding external transmission of user information

Val Laboratory Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Val") may transmit information about users of the service "Ekispert for web" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Val (hereinafter referred to as "user information") to external organizations (hereinafter referred to as "external transmission").

There are two purposes for external transmission of user information in Service: "access analysis" and "information distribution, including advertising". For details on the external transmission of user information for the purpose of "access analysis", please refer to Val’s "About Privacy".

"Information distribution, including advertisements" is intended to optimize the content of the information distributed according to each user's Service usage history, etc. Information distribution tools (ad networks, etc.) provided by external organizations are used for information distribution, and user information of this service is sent to the provider of the information distribution tool, but does not include any "information which can identify you".
